Human nature draws us to stories of transformation, where people have turned their lives around for the better. Stories of sobriety, in particular, can be powerful because so many people relate to addiction struggles. Addiction is not limited to alcohol and drugs. It can also include addiction to food, gambling, sex, shopping, caffeine, gaming, social media, and so on. This story seems fitting right now. People who are trying out Dry January, where they abstain from drinking alcohol, may relate, as may those who are affected by the California fires, who may find it too easy to fall back on alcohol to cope with stress and trauma. Thank you, Rosina Mae, for opening up about your sobriety journey, and for the helpful tips. #sobriety #dryjanuary Est. 2001. Deaf Women Owned. Over 20 years in business. 35+ years of Experience.
