Roast Beef Melt with @dietzandwatson 🥩🔥 Ditch the boring sandwiches and take it to the level with this recipe! It's easy, doesn't require a lot of effort yet packed with flavor! FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - Sourdough Bread - Dietz & Watson Smoky Horseradish Sauce - Dietz & Watson London Broil Roast Beef - Dietz & Watson Havarti Cheese Carmelized Onions - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil - 1 tbsp butter - 1 white onion thinnly sliced - 2 tbsp brown sugar - 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar - Salt & pepper to taste Arugula - 1 cup arugula - Extra virgin olive oil - Salt & pepper Note(s): Measurements are estimated. Adjust ingredients to your personal preference. DIRECTIONS 1. First, prepare the caramelized onions by getting a large pan going over medium-low heat. Add in olive oil and butter. Once melted down, add in the onions, salt, pepper, brown sugar and balsamic vinegar. Give it a mix and let cook until nice and caramelized. Make sure you mix every few minutes. Should take 15-20 min. 2. Add arugula to a bowl. Drizzle in some olive oil, season with salt & pepper then give it a mix. 3.
