Full Day of Eating intuitively, giving no f*cks about calories, while also wanting to feel my best. Breakfast: I wasn’t hungry but I knew I had to get something in my stomach so I could last until lunch so I made a crispy hashbrown patty (frozen from TJ’s), plus an iced oat latte Lunch: Matt and I split 2 sandwiches from this amazing sandwich shop, Vegan Deli & Butchet, which is always packed so we got there on the early side because “toddler parent life”… we got the special of the day, an Arby’s copycat, and the hot Italian sub, I drank water We went across the street to the Bevo Mills beer garden, they were having a Valentine’s Day even with a little craft market, we scored a seat by the fire and I got a little mocktail sitch - sprite with cranberry juice Dinner: this is one of my favorite meals ever - sun-dried tomato cream sauce with rice and crispy roasted tofu (seasoned with granulated garlic/onion and roasted in the air-fryer) I had two sparkling waters, both spindrift… the tropical one with passion fruit and the mango iced tea one
