SUPPLEMENTS LISTED BELOW // Let’s unfold the magic of 2025 together feeling lighter! That’s my goal for this coming new year and I plan on doing it by revisiting old practices that brought me joy but somehow got lost in everyday lift — like sweating, dry brushing and something simple like taking my supplements. Little practices that make a big impact mentally, physically and emotionally. :) Big hug to all of you! I’m excited what this year is going to bring us! Supplements I’m taking: @Cymbiotika liposomal supplements. I’ve taken them in the past, but recently got back into them and have been reminded of how much I used to love them. The supplements are liposomal delivery which I love. Liposomal supplements tend to have a higher absorption rate than traditional supplements because the liposomes protect the nutrients from being broken down in the digestive system, enabling more to reach the bloodstream. I added the following to my routine in December and have been loving them! - Cymbiotika Glutathione (great for brightening dark spots) - Cymbiotika Elderberry (strengthens immunity) - Cymbiotika Vitamin C (antioxidant) - Cymbiotika D3+K2+CoQ10 (Vitamin D deficiencies are linked to dark underage circles, hair thinning and leaky gut) - Cymbiotika Longevity Mushrooms (anxiety, stress, cognitive function) *I was taking a tincture adaptogen of this but switched to liposomal! - Cymbiotika Shilijat (overall health) I’ve been trying out various NAD+ supplements and ones that support mitochondrial functioning including @Timeline and @happyaging . The latest one I’m testing is @Elysium Health which looks very compelling with their board of Nobel laureates. I plan on doing a robust review comparing them all later in the year. Below are the rest of the supplements I’m taking: - @Arey Not Today Grey (hair health) - @The Nue Co Pre-Probiotic (gut support) - @Thorne Health Shop Berberine (insulin/metabolic support/candida) Yoga + Dry Brushing: I switched to a new yoga studio that uses infrared panels to heat the studio! The infrared rays heat inside the body versus circulating hot air in the room, allowing for a deeper sweat and increased comfort @Sweat Yoga . And I’ve been loving the @Tronque Dry Brush with it’s copper bristles for increased lymphatic draingage. It’s pricey at $70 but very lux!
