-G hughes sugar free barbeque sauce -Healthy spicy ranch (greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, and hot sauce) ✅Instructions: -Crush corn flakes - In a dish, add the crushed corn flakes and seasonings and mix them together - In a seperate dish, add your flour - Whisk 1 egg then coat your chicken breast in the egg, then coat in the flour, then the egg again, and then the breading - Repeat for all the tenders - Place in the Air fryer at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes -Enjoy your tenders with either sugar free BBQ sauce (Like G Hughes) or a healthy ranch
