heavy cream eggs 🍳 Recipe (adapted from @Nadia Aidi): Ingredients: - 1/2 cup heavy cream - 3-4 large eggs - salt & pepper, to taste Directions: 1. Crack your eggs in a measuring cup, bowl, or mug (easier to drop them in the heavy cream!) 2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, then add in the heavy cream, salt & pepper. Simmer, constantly stirring, until heavy cream starts to caramelize and bubble, about 1-2 minutes. 3. Add in your eggs, cover & cook on low until eggs are set. Be careful not to let the heavy cream burn!
