Low Carb Breakfast Frittata. This is a 9" dish, but recipe for 8x8. 1 cup broccoli, 2 cups hashbrowns, 3 LG eggs, about 1 tablespoon of bacon bits. Steam veggies first. Then mix all together. Cook at 350° for 35 mins. Take out, top with cheese, your choice. Melt in oven for few mins after. Enjoy.
