Unpopular opinion.. I love full days of eating. I love recording them. I love watching them. But it is because of the mindset I hold around them. I don’t see FDOE and think “I need to eat like that to look like her.” No. I see FDOE and think WOW I want to try those meals!! Those look so good!! I want incorporate that! Let me try that! My FDOE are ALWAYS for me inspo and a little looksy into what I’m eating. NEVER for the purpose of copying or thinking if you eat like me you’ll achieve my exact results.. My calorie deficit will be different than yours because my TDEE is different than yours, so the food and amounts we eat will be different, as they should be 🩷 With that said… My page is about REAL eating in a calorie deficit, and how you are OKAY to eat out here and there, options for eating out, options for eating at home, etc. I try to be as fully transparent as I can on here, and if you love that, I hope you stay and join a community that is about empowering women to do the same.
