Unpopular opinion.. I love full days of eating. I love recording them. I love watching them. But it is because of the mindset I hold around them. I don’t see FDOE and think “I need to eat like that to look like her.” No. I see FDOE and think WOW I want to try those meals!! Those look so good!! I want incorporate that! Let me try that!  My FDOE are ALWAYS for me inspo and a little looksy into what I’m eating. NEVER for the purpose of copying or thinking if you eat like me you’ll achieve my exact results.. My calorie deficit will be different than yours because my TDEE is different than yours, so the food and amounts we eat will be different, as they should be 🩷 With that said… My page is about REAL eating in a calorie deficit, and how you are OKAY to eat out here and there, options for eating out, options for eating at home, etc. I try to be as fully transparent as I can on here, and if you love that, I hope you stay and join a community that is about empowering women to do the same. Mom Monday meal prep babbbby ✨ Are you excited because I am!  If you see someone who tends to not eat because you forget meal prep will save your life, unless you like being ravenous at 4 PM idk I don’t.  All you chicken: Shredded chicken: 3 chicken breasts (I did thin sliced)  Chicken broth 1 cup  Garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder and whatever else you want. Put on high for about 2 hours, make sure it’s white and then let it rest before shredding. RECIPE ⬇️ The kitchen smelled sooo good while I was making this 🤤 I couldn’t wait to dig in so give this a save and try it out the next time you think you have to eat plain beef and rice to see f@t loss results 🚀📉 1 lb extra lean beef 95%+ 200g broccoli 1/4c soy sauce 32g @mikeshothoney or regular honey mixed with chili flakes Sriracha to taste  1 tbsp minced garlic  👩‍🍳: start by steaming chopped broccoli in a pan over medium heat with some water. Once partially soft, add beef and cover/chop till fully cooked. Change to low heat and add soy sauce, hot honey, garlic and sriracha and cover to let sauce thicken.
