As a fat ambulatory wheelchair user, I've never felt comfortable in a gym until now.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ All Bodies Strong isn’t just a gym—it's a movement. Built for every body, no matter the size or ability, this space truly celebrates fat people. From high-capacity equipment to body-positive art, it’s designed with fat liberation at its heart. 💥⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Coach Chris of @fatfistsoffury at @allbodiesstrong and the team made sure I had the most empowering boxing class—seated, yes, seated! This was my first-ever seated workout, and it felt like a game-changer.
