What I Eat to Help Shrink My Fibroids 🌿 First, a quick disclaimer: this is my journey and what works for me. Everyone’s body is different, and fibroid management is deeply personal. But if you’ve been following me, you know I’ve been open about my battle with fibroids—a condition that affects so many Black women—and I’m choosing to approach this holistically. One of the biggest changes I’ve made is in my diet: ✨ I’ve cut back on excessive bread and dairy. The only dairy I still consume are eggs and butter—cheese is a rare guest on my plate. ✨ I swapped out rice for bulgur, a healthier alternative that’s been working well for me. ✨ Alongside my diet changes, I’m drinking herbal teas, doing castor oil packs at night, and trying to stay active with daily steps. ✨ Also taking my supplements (D3 fish oil, K2 ,B2, magnesium) Do I stick to everything perfectly? Absolutely not. Some nights, the castor oil pack doesn’t make it on, the tea doesn’t get brewed, and the steps don’t get counted. But one thing I’m staying consistent with is my diet because, for me, it’s been a game-changer (oops—let’s say life-shifter instead 😅). This is a new journey for me, and I’m learning as I go, adjusting to find the right routine that fits my life. What changes have you made for your health recently?
