I've always worried about who liked me and who didn't. NOT ANY MORE! As I got older, I realized that you can't please everyone, and all the matters is if I'm happy and healthy. After many many years of being the person that got used, lied to, stolen from, and lied about, from someone who I had considered a friend, I have finally accepted and now understand that it's better to have no friends, rather than fake friends. The solitude and peace that I have now is worth more than gold. Eating an amazing home cooked meal, followed by sitting around the bonfire with someone who loves me for me, means everything to me. Don't fall for the meaningless and empty promises and lies.
