Design details of each piece! ⤵️ Photo 1 - we built a plywood base in the bottom of this vintage truck (it was owned by our clients Grandpa🥹) and then set 15 individual meadows on top of it! Photo 2 - this is a 30’ long arch with floral 360 degrees around it. It took our team two days to install between the custom welded arch, greening out the foam & the florals. My largest installation to date 🥰 Photo 3 - This staircase took 850 stems of baby’s breath and 200 playa Blanca roses 🌹to help with the smell from all of the babies breath I sprayed essential oils in the room every hour of the event 😂 Photo 4 - a 15’ tall floral waterfall…no big deal or anything 💅🏻. Funny story on this one was we only had white zip ties that looked horrible on the tree so I had one person from my team spend an hour coloring the zip ties in with a black sharpie 😅 Photo 5 - I still think about this Tangled themed wedding. I will be color blocking at every opportunity in 2025 😂 Photo 6 - one of my favorite floral nests we made this year. I love how organic and natural it feels. Just peaceful 🍷 Photo 7 - how every single wedding cake should be displayed in my opinion loll 🎂. We put the taller lupine flowers (larkspur) in the back and our face flowers towards the front to show them off (ranunculus) Photo 8 - the arch again because you know I just love it 😂❤️ Now Vote! Which one is your favorite ?!? 👀 #weddingflowers #dfwflorist #dfwwedding #flowerfarmer #texasfarmer #texasflowers @Lone Star Mansion

Find my Guide to Growing Cool Season Flowers in the link in my bio! In the guide you will find all the best cool season Hardy annuals that you can direct sown and the ones that will do better started inside! Let me help you be successful! I know it seems crazy that I’m talking about planting seed, outside no less, but I PROMISE you it will all be worth it. In less than a month, I will start pulling out a bunch of seeds and start direct sowing them. Late winter and very early spring are the perfect time to direct sow hardy annuals! Hardy annuals are plants that complete their entire lifecycle in one growing season – from seed to flower to seed – and are capable of withstanding cooler temperatures and frost. The optimal time to plant them is winter into early spring as soon as the soil can be worked. Some can even be fall planted depending on your climates. While they can withstand cool temperatures, most cannot handle extreme cold that’s why it’s best to plant in late winter/early spring. It’s good to note, that these can withstand cool temperatures but should you dip to extreme cold you need to have a plan to cover them to protect from extreme temperatures. It’s easy and nature does all the work for you! *I’m zone 6b! • • • #garden #gardener #gardening #gardenlife #flowerfarmer #flowerfarming #flowerfarm #cutflowers #cutflowergarden #flowertips #flowergarden #gardenflowers #freshflowers #farmfresh #farmfreshflowers #coolflowers #hardyannuals #directseedsowing #coolflowers #hardyannuals

Comment “PEEK” and I’ll DM you the link to a free glimpse of what you’re missing inside The Flower Farmer Club! Club is closing to new members on Friday 1/31 - don’t miss your chance to join! Did you know I started flower farming 27 years ago as a novice gardener? #gardenersworkshopfarm #flowerfarmer
Why is this so relaxing?! Soil blocks are great way to save space in your growing space. I can fit 180 starts on one tray. These don’t get potted up — unless absolutely necessary — they will get directly transplanted out when they are ready! I love to start my cool flowers in soil blocks! I do a mix of soil blocking and trays. I tend to do my fast growing tender annuals in trays. 😉 #seedstarting #soilblocks #soilblocking #soilblocker #indoorseedstarting #flowerfarmer

Step by step RIGHT HERE 👇🏼 Ok first; you’re gonna want to save this one, friend! Ready to grow amazing sunflowers?! Let’s do it! 1️⃣ Step One: Choose the Perfect Sunflower Varieties Opt for single-cut sunflowers meant for cut flowers. Look for varieties with long, sturdy stems and large, vibrant blooms. Consider succession planting by selecting varieties with different bloom times to ensure a continuous supply of fresh flowers throughout the growing season. 2️⃣ Step Two: Succession Planting for Continuous Blooms Plan your planting schedule to stagger the seeding of sunflowers at regular intervals. This way, as one set of sunflowers reaches maturity and is harvested, the next batch is already on its way, ensuring a consistent supply of beautiful blooms. 3️⃣ Step Three: Provide Optimal Growing Conditions Plant sunflower seeds in a location with full sunlight exposure, ensuring they receive at least 6-8 hours of direct sunlight daily. Use well-draining soil enriched with organic matter. Water consistently during germination, and once established, maintain regular watering. And my BEST piece of advice?! 🌻JUST PLANT🌻 I know you may be wondering but what about planting, spacing, harvesting, best varieties, and more?! I get it, been there, and had the same questions. That’s why I created my Ultimate Guide to Growing Sunflowers ebook answering all your common questions on how to get started.
