Place on a wire rack uncovered and in your oven or smoker at 275F for 2 to 3 hours. Next remove from oven or smoker and place in a pot. Add a Diet Coke or Pepsi, zero calorie sugar, dries shallots or fresh. Cover and place back in your oven for 2 to 3 hours, once done shred the beef. Caramelized onions In a pan add avocado oil, one whole onion sliced, 3 to 4Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce, 2 to 3 Tbsp zero calorie sugar, 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar, cook till onions are dark and soft.
