Here’s how I did it & why 👇🏼 I bought a flat of 60 eggs and cracked them into the blender and blended them up. Put the trays into the freeze dryer and poured my scrambled egg mixture in. Then I let the freeze dryer work its magic. Its magic is removing all the water from the food while also preserving the nutrients and flavor. I packaged it up and put the eggs into our food storage. I now have eggs that I can use if I run out and need some or if there is an emergency and I need something to feed my family with. If you have chickens this is a great way to preserve them when they slow their laying down in the winter.
