my fav workout when i don’t feel like working out ⬇️ i call it a 3x3x3 workout - it’s a full body circuit that you can generally do in 30 mins & can be dumbbell only, bodyweight only, etc because you can choose which 9 exercises you want to do. 3 circuits, 3 exercises for each circuit, and 3 rounds of each circuit. so you’ll do: exercise 1, 2 & 3 30 second break exercise 1,2 & 3 30 second break exercise 1, 2 & 3 1-2 min break ^^ repeat with exercises 4, 5 & 6 and then also with 7, 8 & 9 i like to spend my 15 min treadmill warmup scrolling on IG picking out the 9 exercises i want to do that day :)
