It’s the perfect easy dish to make for your Galentine’s! #FuelTheFunky #mildbluecheese #GalentinesRecipe   Ingredients: ✨8 oz pasta  ✨2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced ✨1 bulb garlic  ✨1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil ✨2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar ✨salt & pepper to taste  ✨1/4 cup crème fraîche ✨1/2 cup Treasure Cave Mild Crumbled Blue Cheese ✨1/2 cup sliced olives  ✨juice and zest of half a lemon    1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. 2. In a baking dish, add thinly sliced onions and season with salt and pepper. 3. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then toss to combine. 4. Place a whole garlic bulb in the center of the dish, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. 5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour. 6. While the onions and garlic are baking, cook your spaghetti al dente according to package instructions. Reserve some pasta water for later. 7. Once the onions and garlic are done, remove the baking dish from the oven. Set the garlic bulb aside to cool. 8. In the baking dish with the roasted onions, add crème fraîche, Treasure Cave Mild Crumbled Blue Cheese, lemon zest, olives, and olive brine. 9. Squeeze the cooled roasted garlic cloves into the mixture and add the cooked spaghetti. Toss well to combine. 10. If the mixture is too thick, add a small amount of the reserved pasta water to loosen it. 11. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, and season with additional salt and pepper to taste. 12. Serve, garnishing with extra lemon zest and blue cheese crumbles. Enjoy!
