Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp cornstarch. Mix to combine. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken thighs for 7-8 minutes until browned and cooked through. 3. In a separate pan, steam broccoli for 5 minutes or until fork-tender, then drain. 4. Prepare the sauce by whisking together honey, low-sodium soy sauce, water, 1 tbsp cornstarch, and garlic paste until smooth. 5. Add broccoli to the pan with the chicken, then pour in the sauce.
