Why are so many Americans overweight, unhealthy, and living off medication? It’s simple: bad habits, poor choices, and lack of knowledge passed down from generation to generation. As a father, I refuse to let my son inherit unhealthy habits. I want to be an example for Braxton in every aspect of life—starting with health. From teaching him how to eat right to prioritizing exercise, I want him to know that health is wealth, and it’s the most valuable investment he’ll ever make. Without health, nothing else matters. Sadly, too many parents pass on bad habits without realizing the lifelong impact they’re having. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree—so if you want your kids to live fit, vibrant lives, it starts with YOU. Teach your children the importance of reading ingredient labels, understanding what they consume, and avoiding harmful additives. The truth is, the system isn’t designed to keep you healthy—it’s designed to keep you sick for profit. That’s why taking control of your health is more than a personal decision—it’s a generational one. Be the change your family needs. Pass down habits that build strong, healthy legacies, not illnesses and regret.
