As a college freshman, it’s important that i find the time to balance class work while maintaining good mental health. Here are a few things that I have found helpful🌱 1. Getting out of the bed: Bed rot is REAL!! Something as simple as getting up and doing a few stretches, washing your face, and brushing your teeth can help you feel more relaxed and ready for the day 2. Take morning showers: 🧼 Morning showers have been super helpful for me. I prefer them because I love the feeling of being fresh. What’s more refreshing than waking up to a nice warm shower 3. Creating an agenda for the day: I’ve found that creating an agenda or investing in a planner is one of the most beneficial ways to stay organized. It makes it much easier to keep up with course work as well🗒️
4. Drinking tons of water/eating: staying hydrated throughout the day can help reduce stress levels, therefore, helping you focus. 🧘🏽‍♀️ it’s also crucial to remember to eat , even if it’s small snacks periodically
