RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE CHOCOLATE DATES! These are so freaking delish and super easy to make. Perfect for Valentine’s Day 🩷 • 8 oz cream cheese  2 tbsp honey Dash vanilla Squeeze lemon 15-20 large dates 15-20 fresh raspberries  1-1 1/2 cups chocolate chips  1/2 tbsp coconut oil Optional-crushed almonds • 1️⃣Make the cream cheese. Add the cream cheese, honey, vanilla and lemon juice to a food processor and process until smooth.2️⃣Stuff each date with the cream cheese filling. Place them on a sheet pan and place them in the freezer for 20 minutes. 3️⃣Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a glass dish in 30 second intervals in the microwave until melted. 4️⃣Dip the dates, one at a time, in the chocolate, then top each one with a raspberry.
