The link to join the app is in my bio ☺️ Here’s what you need for the High Protein Chocolate PB Cups: - 1 cup oats blended into flour - 2 servings vanilla protein powder - 1/4 cup peanut butter - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup - 1/4 tsp salt - 4-5 tbsp almond milk (or milk of choice) Topping: - 1/4 cup dark choc chips - 1 tsp coconut oil - Sprinkle of sea salt How to: - Blend oats into a fine flour. - Add oat flour, protein powder, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and salt to a bowl and mix well. - Add a splash of water at a time and mix until a very thick dough forms. - Press the dough into a silicone muffin tray (or use paper liners if using a metal tray so they don’t stick) - Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds until melted. Natures candy bars! One of my favorite no bake recipes! Natures candy bars, these literally taste like a gas station candy bar but are only 5 ingredients!!  Try it and tag me! d’EATS  -1 cup melted chocolate  -12-14 pitted dates  -1/2 cup almond butter -1/3 cup peanuts -1/4 cup coconut flakes  How to: Start by melting your chocolate with 1 tbsp coconut oil.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add 1/2 melted chocolate to the tray. Add your peanuts, dates, nut butter, coconut flakes and top with your chocolate. Blackberry mojito mocktail 🍹 For all my dry January, pregnant or friends who just want a non-alcoholic fun Friday night drink, this one’s for you!!  d’EATS -2 tbsp blackberry simple syrup (recipe below) -sparking water -1/2 juiced lime  -2 tbsp fresh mint  -handful of fresh blackberries  How to: Blackberry simple syrup  -1/4 cup sugar -1/4 cup water  -1/4 cup fresh or frozen blackberries  Heat on medium low until sugar is dissolved and blackberries start to disintegrate. Strain into clean cup.    BlackBerry mojito mocktail Mix all ingredients besides sparking water in a shaker cup with ice. Strain into a clean glass with ice and top with sparking water, fresh mint, blackberries and lime!
