SPICED ROASTED SWEETS WITH HONEY WHIPPED GOAT CHEESE! This one is an oldie, but I made it last week and had to bring it backā€”these flavors are šŸ’Æ ! ā€¢ Sweet potatoes: 2 lbs sweet potatoes, cut into half moons then wedges  1 tbsp arrowroot or corn starch 2-3 tbsp olive oil  1/2 tbsp cumin 1/2 tbsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp salt ā€¢ Whipped goat cheese: 5 ounces of soft goat cheese 5 tbsp thick Greek yogurt Squeeze of lemon juice 1/2 tbsp olive oil 1 clove garlic, smashed 1/2 tbsp honey  ā€¢ Toppings:  Honey Crushed pistachios  Fresh basil ā€¢ 1ļøāƒ£ Preheat oven to 425. 2ļøāƒ£ Add the potatoes to a large bowl, add the starch and toss. Add the oil and spices and toss again until weā€™ll coated. 3ļøāƒ£ Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway. 4ļøāƒ£While the sweets roast, make the goat cheese. Add goat cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, oil and garlic to food processor and process for about 30 secs until well combined and smooth (donā€™t over mix).
