Here’s what kept me going: ☀️ Morning: Started the day with a matcha latte made with coconut and pistachio milk + maple sweetener, plus chicken apple sausage and a homemade grain-free waffle. 💪 Pre-Workout: Caffeine free pre-workout and amino acids to fuel my exercise. 🥗 Lunch: Leftovers for the win: carnitas-style chicken with Spanish quinoa and avocado and sliced apples 🌿 Dinner: A hearty meatloaf with salad greens and cinnamon roasted sweet potatoes + coconut oil 🍴 Snack: A creamy chocolate almond butter protein shake with coconut milk & tart cherry juice + tremella mushroom powder.
