2024 was a year of learning that I’m the main character in my story and I need to act like it. It was a year where I learned more about what I want out of life, learning my self sabotaging habits and where I can better myself. It was my learning year, building year and I’m excited to see where 2025 takes me. In the meantime I’m becoming more and more present with the day to day moments and making them the best I can. #2024recap #holistichealer #maincharacterenergy #blackgirlmagic #authenthicself #plantbasedvegan #presence #CapCut
The most important energetic work you can do is a soul retrieval 🪐 When significant events or trauma occur in our lives, parts of our energy can fracture, breaking off and freezing in time. These fragments remain tied to that moment, creating blockages and limiting our ability to move forward fully. This concept is often described as quantum entanglement, aka our energy becoming intertwined with unresolved moments of the past... Soul retrieval is the powerful practice of reclaiming these lost pieces of yourself, restoring your wholeness, and reigniting your inner power. By retrieving these energies, you create space for healing, alignment, and transformation in every area of your life. If you feel called to dive deeper into this life-changing work, I invite you to explore my friend Erika's (@inkale.exkale) program, Evolve. I have a guided meditation on there where I guide you through this exact practice. 🌟 Head to the link in my bio to join now! 👈 #evolve #energyhealing #soulretrieval #soulretrievalwork #spiritwork #HealingJourney #traumahealing #holistichealer #manifestingmagic #quantumexpansion
Follow me on IG for herbal + holistic things tik tok was a fun space while it lasted. Creating a sun tea is a simple and intentional way to make herbal extracts using the natural energy of the sun. By placing your herbs in water and exposing them to sunlight, you allow the solar energy to gently pull out the beneficial properties of the herbs. The warmth of the sun encourages a slow, steady extraction process that captures the herbs while also charging the mixture with solar energy. To make a sun tea, start by adding your fresh or dried herbs to a clear glass jar filled with water. Seal the jar and place it in a sunny spot for 3–5 hours. As the herbs steep, you can set your intention whether it’s for relaxation, energy, or healing adding a personal INTENTIONAL touch to the process. Once the tea has steeped, strain out the herbs and enjoy your sun charged extract. Other types of solar-based herbal extracts you can try Sun Infused Oils: Use the sun’s energy to infuse carrier oils like olive, almond, or coconut oil with the properties of herbs. Fill a jar with your chosen herb (like calendula, lavender, or rosemary) and pour oil over it until the herbs are fully submerged. Seal the jar and place it in direct sunlight for 2–4 weeks, shaking it daily to ensure even extraction. Once infused, strain out the herbs, and your oil is ready for skincare, massage, or other uses. Solar Infused Vinegars: Herbal vinegars combine the benefits of herbs with the tangy, preserving power of vinegar. Add herbs like thyme, basil, or nettle to a jar and cover them with apple cider vinegar. Seal the jar and let it sit in the sun for about 3 weeks. Strain the herbs, and you’ll have a flavorful, nutrient-rich vinegar for cooking or as a wellness tonic. #plantmedicine #herbalist #holistichealer #herbalextracts
