(Recipe below) Crispy Garlic Parmesan Fries at home 🍟 Ingredients: 2 russet potatoes Oil of choice (I used Smart Balance Cooking oil but you can use avocado oil as well) 1/3 stick of butter 1-2 tbsp finely chopped parsley 2 cloves grated garlic Handful of grated parmesan (measure with your heart) Directions: 1. Peel potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch fries. 2. Add fries to an ice bath for 15 minutes, then rinse 2 times. Lay them out on paper towels and pat dry. 3. Heat oil to medium heat in a large pot. 4. Add fries in and fry for about 5 minutes. Remove and place on a wire rack. 5. Heat oil to medium high heat & add fries back in for 8-10 minutes or until crispy. 6. Melt butter in a bowl and add parsley, garlic & parmesan. 7. Remove fries and let them cool on a wire rack. 8. Add to a bowl and toss them in your garlic butter & a pinch of salt if you would like - enjoy! •••••
