Wanted to share more about our early morning routine✨Tbh for us waking up early isn’t just about getting a head start, it's about creating space for clarity, productivity and self-care before the world wakes up! If you are looking for healthy habits to add to your life in the new year, here are some of my favorites that I do in my morning routine!  Also follow along with me on Instagram (linked in my bio!) i share tips on healthy habits every single day!  1.	I wake up early! I get up at 5am BUT I started my journey to 5am by just getting up a little bit earlier each week. For example I went from 9am down to 8:20, then to 8, then to 7:45, then to 7:15 and so on over the course of a few months! Building this habit slowly allowed me to actually change my habit. It also allowed me to slowly start going to bed earlier. For example, I went from going to bed at 2am to 1:45, and then to 1:30, 1am and so on down to about 10-10:30! Waking up earlier allows me to do SO much for my mental and physical health. It created TIME.  	2.	Listening to a meditation while driving to the gym. I love listening to sitting meditations but the ones I do in the car are from @Superhuman Activations™ 🎧💛  (code SHELBY) and I love using them to set my mind for the day and for my workout 	3.	Working out. This has not only changed my life physically but also mentally. I love it so much. It is also my social time because I workout with my friends and I get to leave the house.  	4.	Walking! I love my morning walk. I work from home and sit a lot of the day so getting my steps in early makes me feel really good / makes sitting for chunks of the day easier. I can also use my walk to read, go through emails, plan my work day or even hust watch tv / scroll on tiktok  	5.	Reading! Reading has changed my life. I have learned SO much from self improvement books but also love fantasy right now. It allows me time to get off my phone and dive into another world or work on myself and learn.  	6.	Bone broth - I drink @Kettle & Fire and my code with them is SHELBYSACCO5 I love bone broth because it is great for your gut health and also because it has protein and helps me hit my protein goals.  	7.	Eating a protein packed breakfast is so important to me. I spend about 2 hours every morning working out and want to fuel my body for the rest of the day and help my muscles post workout.  	8.	I always unload the dishwasher in the morning. I have found that it is a great cycle for us and makes sure we can reload it and keep the kitchen clean each day.  	9.	I fill out my habit tracker. I created and use the sad to savage habit tracker, it is sold on amazon and linked in my bio! I use it to choose the habits I am going to do daily, weekly and monthly each month. It helps me set myself up for success and tracking them / filling it out each day helps me hold myself accountable. It will change your life and i highly recomend for 2025!  10.	I write affirmations and gratitude using my sad to savage affirmation and gratitude journal (also linked in my bio and sold on amazon!) This allows me to train my brain into seeing and believing positive things about myself while also helping me see and practice gratitude each day, truly making my life so much better.  	11.	My daily devotional. so you want to wake up early in 2025? Me too, 🤭 one of my resolutions is to become a 6am girly 🙈  HERE ARE SOME TIPS IM TRYING  ⬇️ 1. Start Gradually - dont set yourself up for failure, wake up earlier and earlier 30 minutes at a time (ex: it you wake up at 9am wake up at 8:30am for a few days, then 8:00am and so on) 2. Set a Consistent Bedtime - aim for 7-8 hours of sleep so this means you need to be in bed by 10pm - 11pm (💡STOP scrolling 30 minutes before youre going to sleep)  3.
