Just because a woman is muscular doesn’t make her any less of a woman. I am not manly in any shape or form. In fact, I’m incredibly feminine—I’m such a girly girl at heart. Yes, I’m strong, but I’m also sensitive, and I long to be loved and cared for by someone who truly cherishes me. This stigma that strong, muscular women are less feminine is so outdated and honestly exhausting. I’m not violent, and no, I don’t want to lift a man. Did I lift my friend? Sure, but it was just us having fun and being silly. I love being strong because it makes me feel good about myself. I don’t work out to look a certain way—I work out because I genuinely love it. It’s the best part of my day, where I feel the most powerful and free. It’s my time to turn any pain I feel into something beautiful. I want to encourage women everywhere to embrace their strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Push yourself, love yourself, and see how much you’re capable of. Strength isn’t a ‘masculine’ trait; it’s a human one. I am a woman through and through. My strength is mine, and it’s a reflection of who I am—sensitive, strong, and unapologetically me. To all my strong women out there: don’t let anyone box you into their stereotypes. Your strength is beautiful, your sensitivity is valid, and you are worthy of being seen and loved for all that you are.
