52? Actually…feeling like 22! ⭐️✨🌟💫⚡️💡 Today is day 25 of 25 of my Annual Juice Feast! Doing these annually (and sometimes even throughout the year!) has literally transformed my life. I’m so grateful for life that it’s tough to put into words. I’m also grateful for you. It brings me such joy to connect with you. Whether it’s in a dm or a comment thread or meeting in person, it’s truly a joy. 🤗 Pictured is what I’ve got on tap for juices today. Here’s the line up, left to right: 2 Liters Pineapple-Starfruit - 900 calories 1 Liter Cucumber-Spinach-Lemon - 300 calories 2 Liters Sugar Cane Juice - 1000 calories In hand 16 oz Pineapple-Starfruit - 225 calories Approximate total for the day: 2425 calories Likely, I’ll be so satiated, I won’t drink it all. 🙌🏽⭐️💪🏽 Today, I’ll begin the process of breaking the Juice Feast. How? 1 fresh, crunchy, crispy cucumber 🤤🥒 Simple, high water content, easy to digest. Each day, as I transition back to solid foods, I keep the juice the same and just add in things like cucumber, melon, grapes, papaya, sprouts, etc. After about 4 days, I’ll add in a little avocado. After about 7 days, I’m fully transitioned. For me, that means my days have juice, fruit, sprouts, smoothies, salads. Raw living foods. That’s what I feel best on. OK! That’s all for now!
