I’m new to this whole foods journey myself, figuring it out as I go. I’m no expert—just a Midwest mom in my mid-40s, determined to lose my last 100 pounds by July! 💪 Here’s my approach: keep it simple and eat what you love! Stick to the outer aisles at the grocery store—fresh fruits, veggies, proteins, and a few staples. 🍎 Fruits: apples, bananas, pineapple, grapes. 🥗 Veggies: green beans, peas, romaine lettuce. 🍖 Meats: burgers, steaks, chicken, salmon. 🍳 Eggs daily, beans most days, and even oatmeal made its comeback after 5+ years!
