Kettlebell Workout + Dancing for Jesus🙏🏽 🎶 Me dancing for 10 minutes before every workout ➡️ That’s why it takes me 40 minutes to do a 30-minute workout. 😅 But hey, the Bible says David danced for the Lord, so maybe I’m just warming up spiritually! 🙌💃 When I finally got started, here’s the quick and killer kettlebell workout I did: 🔑 40 Minutes of Strength & Sweat 🔑 1️⃣ Goblet Squats – 4 sets of 12 reps 2️⃣ Russian Twists – 3 sets of 20 reps (10 per side) 3️⃣ Farmer’s Carry – 4 sets (40 steps total per set) 4️⃣ Kettlebell Deadlifts – 4 sets of 10 reps 5️⃣ Kettlebell Swings – 4 sets of 15 reps 6️⃣ Walking Lunges – 3 sets of 12 steps per leg This workout hit EVERYTHING—legs, core, arms, and even my faith (because I was praying I’d finish those lunges 🥴). If you ever catch yourself procrastinating, just turn on some music and dance it out first.
