‼️HERE'S THE WORKOUT‼️ 5 swings 5 squats 5 cleans 5 presses 5 thrusters That's all one round Perform as many rounds as possible in 40 minutes Once you establish your baseline, you can simply aim for that number of rounds every time until it's time to scale up in weight or reps, then you reestablish your baseline If you're getting more than & rounds in 40 minutes, you need to move up in weight Add 20 pushups or 10 pull ups after each round depending on the day Could look like this: Monday - Workout w/ pushups Tuesday - workout w/ pull ups Wednesday - REST Thursday - workout w/ pushups Friday - workout w/ pull ups Weekend - REST That's just one way of doing it #homeworkout #kettlebell #kettlebellworkout #workoutroutine #fitnessmotivation
