I will post a separate post on things I do say in replacement in a few days ❤️  I absolutely do not judge if you have used these phrases because many people were raised with these sayings being told to them. Reframing our language around meal time can be an incredibly helpful tool to create more adventurous eaters who have a healthy relationship with all foods. Eating disorders are on the rise throughout the world, let’s do our part to help avoid this in our children.  Among teens ages 13 to 18, 3.8% of females and 1.5% of males are reported to have an eating disorder, according to the National Institute of Mental Health. According to data collected by NHS England in 2022 1,721 children and young people were awaiting treatment for eating disorders compared with 603 patients in 2016. This reveals an increase of 185% in eating disorders among children and young people. Hopkinson E, Petty J. PB Blender Muffins:  Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas (2/3 cup mashed) 2 eggs 1 cup creamy unsalted, no-sugar-added peanut butter or sub nut butter  1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) 1/2 tsp baking soda  Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick spray really well! 2. Place all ingredients in a blender, then blend until smooth. You can also just stir together the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined (make sure the banana is very, very mashed). You may need to scrape the blender to make sure all peanut butter is combined. 3. Divide the batter into 12 mini muffin tins, filling each cup 3/4 full (I love using a mini ice cream scoop).  4. Bake for 12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and the muffins are lightly golden brown.  5.
