Adding 3 second holds at the end of each movement helps strengthen these muscles without putting stress on the joint, making it perfect for those with arthritis or knee discomfort. 👉 The goal to aim for is 5-10 reps each side ✨ Consistency is the key to unlocking better mobility and less pain. ⚠️ Modify as needed by reducing the range of motion or repetitions.
