Cook the chicken breast in a skillet on medium-high heat for 6-8 min or until fully cooked.  4. Serve rice and chicken with chopped jalapeños, black beans, corn, avocado, cherry tomatoes and top with chopped cilantro, lime, and pickled red onion. I made this quick and delicious one-pan meal using @knorr cilantro lime rice sides. Such an easy and affordable way to incorporate a home-cooked taste in less time.    #knorrpartner #knorr #knorrricesides #knorrcilantrolimerice #onepanmeal #quickandeasyrecipes #fyp #EasyRecipes #quickmeals #onepanchickenandrice  Ingredients: 6 Chicken Thighs  2 Grated Garlic Cloves  2 Tablespoon Avocado Oil 1/3 Cup Finely chopped cilantro 2 Tablespoons of Avocado oil The Juice of 1 Lime 2 Packets of Knorr Cilantro Lime Rice Sides 4 tablespoons of Avocado oil or butter 4 cups of water  Start by placing the chicken thighs in a zip bag, add 2 grated garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of avocado oil, the juice of one lime, 1/3 c finely chopped cilantro, salt & pepper to taste. Seal the bag, massage the marinade all over the chicken, and place in the refrigerator. Marinate overnight, or at least for two hours.  Once the chicken has marinated, place chicken in a hot pan, and brown on both sides. Remove the browned chicken from the pan and set aside.  In the same pan, add water and oil according to the Knorr Cilantro Lime Rice package. Add the rice, stir, and allow it to reach a boil.  Add the chicken, cover and set on low for 7-10 minutes, or until the water has absorbed.  Allow it to sit a few minutes before serving, and enjoy!
