Long time, long workout video… To be honest, I used to push at least four plates on the weighted leg press, but I ended up hurting myself and had to downgrade to two. Just because I got hurt once doesn’t mean I should give up. Sometimes, I feel so short on the machine, like my back isn’t meant to be lifting but hey, I’m still at it. I’m still trying to learn how to be consistent with the gym and other outdoor workouts, like walking and running (yes, I run). I’m hoping to incorporate more of these into the next year and stay consistent and active. Fingers crossed, I might even become a January 1st warrior at the gym!
