Oct 9th 2024 I walked into @ultimateperformancela anxious, excited, slightly skeptical but mostly hopeful that I’d be able to achieve my dream fitness & nutrition goals. I’ve always stayed in good shape, my livelihood requires it but since covid I’ve felt myself slipping further and further away from the body I’ve always worked so hard to maintain. I realized over the years that my eating habits where directly tied to my emotional state. On days that I found myself not in the best of spirts @coldstone became my “happy place”. Living in NY, traveling for work, in and out of hotels and airports nutrition took a back seat and my meals became about convenience & comfort. Training at @ultimateperformancela over the past 12 weeks has taught me how to create healthy eating habits that are sustainable for a life on the go. Tracking my macros daily and knowing that they were being monitored by my trainers kept me accountable. @train_with_vince &
#MohandBoudifa designed workouts that were intentional, intense, and impactful, always pushing me to my limits—even when my Taurus stubbornness pushed back! 🤷🏾♂️😊 Thank you guys for being amazing trainers and incredible humans! At 38, I feel like the best version of myself—mind, body, and soul. I started this journey weighing in at 188lbs & 31.8% body fat. Today I weigh 165lbs and 12% body fat. I look forward to continuing this
