Bittersweet dropping my parents off at the airport this morning after spending the last ~6 days with them. It’s really hard to be so far away from family and only seeing them a few times a year but I do my best to make sure the time spent is intentional and memorable. Grateful for the time with them ❤️ #family #familytime #worklifebalance #balancedlife #lifedesign #designyourlife #entrepreneurlife #entrepreneur #growthmindset #mindsetmotivation

8 years in just 12 slides. I’m sharing my transformation story, partly as a personal reminder of how far I’ve come and how much potential I have when I stay committed. But more importantly, my hope is that just ONE person reads this and finds the inspiration to take that step they’ve been putting off for far too long—toward the life they truly want. YOU DESERVE IT. Now go make it happen!!!! #transformation #transformationstory #mylife #lifebydesign #designyourlife #lifedesign #entrepreneur #entrepreneurs #entrepreneurlife

The biggest lesson I took away from Economics 101 was opportunity cost: saying “yes” to one thing means saying “no” to everything else. That’s why I’m intentional about where, who, and what I invest my time and energy in. If it doesn’t fully align with my interests or goals, I pass on it even if that means I may hurt peoples feelings. Learn how to eliminate energy vampires in my LIVE virtual workshop happening on January 6th! It’s going to help you gain back 10+ hours per week - link in bio. #timemanagement #timemanagementtips #boundaries #boundariesarehealthy #peoplepleaser #peoplepleasing #lifedesign #lifebydesign #entrepreneur #entrepreneurlife
One year ago, my friend @Danny Miranda and I committed to meeting once a week for one hour—Tuesdays at 4 p.m. Most weeks, we did a walk-and-talk. Other times, we’d sit and chat or hop on a virtual call if we needed to. In 2024, we ended up meeting 45 out of 52 weeks (an 81% success rate). If we ever skipped, it was due to scheduling conflicts, travel, or simply needing personal space—which we always respected. Having a recurring weekly time to connect with the same person became one of my favorite rituals. It’s been a safe space to talk about life, business, and everything in between—no judgment, just honesty. Tag or send this to a friend you’d like to invite as your weekly accountability partner this year. Whether you meet virtually, in person, or on the phone, there’s always a way to make it work. Trust me, you won’t regret it! #2025goals #accountability #accountabilitycoach #growthmindset #entrepreneur #entrepreneurlife #goalsetting #menswork #menslifestyle #lifebydesign #designyourlife #lifedesign
What a year 2024 has been! I almost didn’t share this because my mind is always racing toward the future, thinking about what’s next. But I’m realizing how crucial it is to slow down, reflect, and smell the roses of all the amazing things that happened in the last 12 months. I’m proud and grateful for everything this year brought—and for what I’ve learned to let go of, too. As we step into 2025, my mantra is BOLDNESS, or as I like to say: boldly trusting the unfolding path. I often catch myself second-guessing my worth and value, so I’m calling in more confidence—being unapologetic about asking for what I want and standing in my truth. What word or mantra are you calling in for the new year? #newyear #happynewyear #2024recap #lifedesign #designyourlife #lifebydesign #entrepreneur #entrepreneurlife #pov #balancedlifestyle #balancedlife #menslifestyle
Now, I’m not suggesting this schedule will work for everyone. But I do encourage you to identify the times of day when you feel your best for different types of work—and set firm boundaries to protect that time and energy. You set the rules for how people interact with your time. If you don’t, they’ll set the rules for you. #focus #focused #productivity #timemanagement #timemanagementtips #designyourlife #lifedesign #lifebydesign #boundariesarehealthy #entrepreneur #entrepreneurlife #coaching #growthmindset #schedule

You’re the average of the five people you spend the most time with. That’s one of the most important lessons I learned over a decade ago when I began my post-grad entrepreneurial journey as the “Podcaster by day, Uber driver by night.” I started intentionally surrounding myself with people who inspire, motivate, and push me to be better. Not from a place of taking, but from a shared energy of, “I’ve got your back, and you’ve got mine.” I wouldn’t be who I am or where I am today without continually auditing the people around me by asking these simple yet powerful questions: → Do they genuinely care about me? → What types of questions (if any) do they ask me? → Is this a two-way relationship, or am I always the one reaching out? → How do I feel when I’m with them? The answers to these questions have been my guiding truths in determining who belongs in my inner circle. As I reflect on 2024, I can confidently say the five people I’m surrounded by are not just life-long friends, but also a constant source of growth and inspiration. Now, I want to help you find and cultivate those same kinds of connections through my 2nd Design Your Life Men’s Retreat. This transformative weekend is dedicated to designing a life of purpose, balance, and fulfillment, and you’ll be surrounded by men who are there for the same reasons. Here’s what a past participant had to say: Conner: “A couple of main takeaways I had: 1. Make sure I fill up my cup first, 2. Setting clear personal and professional boundaries, and 3. Alignment in my goals, focus, and direction.” The next retreat takes place February 20–23rd in Austin, TX, and spots are capped at 10 men to ensure an intimate, impactful experience. Ready to create a life full of intention in both your personal and professional life? This weekend is for YOU.
