I wish somebody would’ve told me this when I started strength training. I see way too many people wearing running shoes or shoes that have very squishy souls when they’re doing lower body training. The problem is that it doesn’t allow your foot stability… Which then leads to improper balance and less effective lifting. Even shoes called “cross trainers” lack the stability needed for getting a solid foundation with your footing for lower body strength training. If you must wear shoes while lifting, a few options I recommend are NoBulls for lifting, Vans, Converse or flat soled Adidas. Or, I found a pair of comfortable flat soled shoes called Whitin on Amazon. They’re almost like wearing a pair of socks, but they have a nice flat rubber sole. What other options are you wearing? No more wearing those running shoes while lifting,… Please!!! For the love of lifting!!!😁 Love you! 🩷Coach AnnaRockstar ⭐️Helping women over 40 get STRONG & LEAN⭐️
