🫢 Your belly fat is more stubborn than your toxic ex, and what’s worse is that you were able to get rid of your ex, but your belly fat is still here. Let’s get rid of this %*#+@!… 👵 OK, so even your grandma knows that you have to be in a calorie deficit, but the problem is that you assume that you’re in a calorie deficit until you track every single thing that you eat. 😳 I often see clients forget about things like ketchup or that dressing, the oil, and the creamer, so be very mindful!   😲 Now, if you continue tracking and you’re still not losing the weight, then you might need to reduce your calories further. For example, if you were at 1800 calories before, then you might need to be at 1600 now. 😬 Lastly, if you lift weights at the gym but still have a hard time losing weight, then I recommend you increase your activity level by setting a steps goal for your day. I recommend you start with 5k and increase gradually.
