Holy cow this is my new favorite dinner 💕👩🍳🔥 Mashed potato 1lb potato 4 cups cauliflower 1/3 cup milk 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or cottage cheese blended) 1/2 tsp of garlic & onion powder Salt and pepper Meatballs 1lb lean turkey 1/4 cup panko crumbs 1 egg 2tbsp parsley 1/2 tsp; onion ,smoked paprika,garlic powder , oregano Salt and pepper pinches Make little balls and cook ~25-35min Roast 4 cups broccoli with avocado oils, salt,pepper, onion powder,garlic powder - 375*f for about 25 min Chimichurri sauce 1 lemon juiced (4 oz) 4oz EVOO 2oz ACV 1/2 cup cilantro 1/2 cup parsley 1 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp onion powder Salt and pepper sprinkle Sauce makes over a cup Everything else Makes 4 servings Once serving(including 1.5 tbsp sauce) about 408cal, 17g fat , 33g protein, 30g Cho, 7g fiber!
