I’m in a support group where people say it takes at least a year to start feeling like yourself again. With my week off from work and school, I promised myself I’d hit the gym daily—but walking outside, in the elements, is a whole different beast. I pushed through and felt good, but let’s just say the coughing fit afterward was real. 😅 Oh—and I managed to record 4 jump rope videos! 🎥🔥 I can’t stop thinking about how grateful I am that I listened to my body that day—October 11th—and went to the ER.
