While this seems like a massive task to create a brand for yourself not just as an employee, but as a manger too, I think it comes down to asking yourself a few questions: 1. What’re my views on work-life balance, and how do I want to model that to my team? I’m personally guilty of working ALL the time. I’m lucky with the nature of my job that it rarely feels like work to me, but if I don’t model truly stepping away to my employees, they’ll never feel like they can!  2. Will you create time to bond with your teammates outside of work? Maybe this isn’t your vibe, but for my team, I want to implement quarterly team events that have NOTHING to do with work.  3. What motivates you, and what motivates your employees? Are these shared motivators?
