Mix and set aside To a large bowl add whipping cream and powdered sugar. Whip till you see stiff peaks. Divide the whipped cream into three bowls. Add 2 - 3 tablespoons of rasmalai milk. To bowl with pistachio rasmalai milk add a 1 tablespoon of rooh afza. You should have three bowls of flavoured cream - kesar, mango, pistachio & rose. Layer the mason jars with vanilla cake (cut cake rounds using cookie cutter if needed) Top the jars with a couple of tablespoons of rasmalai milk. You should have 4 in each flavour -kesar, mango, pistachio & rose. Top the cake layer with rasmalai (match it to the flavour of the milk) Then pipe or spoon the whipped cream on top of the rasmalai This can be covered and stored in the fridge at this point. Garnish before serving - kesar rasmalai cups with almonds, mango rasmalai cups with pomegranate, and pistachio rose rasmalai cups with pistachio and dried rose petals.
