Absorption rose from 59.1% last November to 62.9% November 2024, and supply fell from 1.7 months in November 2023 to 1.6 months in November 2024. But homes took, on average, two weeks longer to sell, and sold for 4% under ask in November 2024, compared to 2% under ask in November 2023. And while price per foot rose from $942 to $977, both average and median prices fell (from $2.164m to $2.157m, and $1.7m to $1.625m, respectively).
