🎯 Tricking: The Art of Martial Movement 🌟 This is tricking. 🤸‍♂️🔥 But what exactly is it? Tricking is a martial arts style that evolved from karate, taekwondo, and kung fu practitioners. It’s an electrifying mix of gymnastics, breakdancing, and martial arts. 💥 As you can see, it’s super acrobatic—even though I’m only showcasing some of the most basic kicks in the tricking world. 🥋✨ ⚠️ Is it practical for self-defense? Not really. While you might pull off a flashy move in a fight, it’s not the safest option for a real-world scenario. This is why many traditional martial artists and full-contact fighters overlook it. BUT here’s the twist 👉 Tricking isn’t just about fighting—it builds body coordination, perseverance, and self-esteem. 🧠💪 Many martial arts schools skip it because they either don’t see the practicality or lack someone to teach it. If you’re a martial arts school owner, I highly recommend adding tricking to your curriculum. You’ll see your kids’ engagement skyrocket. 🚀 Not every martial artist is meant to be a fighter or a self-defense practitioner. Sometimes, giving students options can make all the difference! What do you guys think, martial arts community? Let me know below! 👇 And as always, M-K-G-A: Making Karate Great Again! 🥋👊 . tricking #martialartstricking #martialartstricks #trickkick #extremekicks #trickingworld #trickingmovement #trickingcommunity #martialarts #martialartstraining #martialartist #martialartslife #martialartslovers #martialartscommunity #karatelife #kungfu #taekwondo #martialartsjourney
