The skin naturally becomes less elastic as we age which can give the look of extra skin or a double chin. 😱Here’s how to camouflage loose skin around the neck and jawline. ‼️Why it works👇🏼 👉🏻Using a darker shade of makeup like contour, strategically applied under the chin and along the jawline, which casts a shadow and visually minimizes the appearance of excess fat in that area, making the chin appear slimmer and more sculpted. 1. Pick a contour shade that is ashy not warm and compliments your hair color best. 2. Find your jawbone with your knuckle. Make sure you are under the jawbone versus on top of the face. 3. Apply the contour under the jawbone and stop at the chin. Repeat on other side 4. Now make a V down along the loose or double chin area. The farther you bring the contour along that area the shadow will pull it back. Use your face as a guide 4. Make sure not to miss applying your contour on the jaw bone from your ear. Using the wrong brush to blend out the undereye So how do you get the perfect undereye coverage? SAVE THESE TIPS FOR LATER👇🏼 1. Start with a color corrector if you have discoloration under the eye. Pick a color opposite the color wheel to correct the tones you see ( P. S. I can help)! 2. Apply a concealer shade 1-2 shades lighter than your natural skin tone in the inner corner and outer corner of the eye. This is not to add coverage, but instead brightens for a more awake look 3. Use a small dense brush and push the product into the skin. You can go directly under the eye with whatever is left on the brush 4. Use a small amount of pink powder to set the inner and outer corner of the eye. Do not apply powder all under the eye. This is where we have most of our fine lines and powder will enhance them 5.
