I started this journey on 11/1/24. I won’t stop because the metabolic results have been tooooo good. Weightloss, brain fog elimination, better moods, pain free menstrual cycles, decreased belly fat, more energy. My plate is full of red meat, plenty of butter, occasionally an apple or berries and rarely veggies. Rarely doesn’t mean never, it just means rarely😉 I haven’t been this weight in 10 years.
