In the morning, we witnessed the official award presentation by the @Guinness World Records to Robbie - one of the masterminds behind this incredible festival. Opening night of the festival was amazing, featuring a live performance by @Kat Perkins in the Warming House! We enjoyed a sneak preview of the festival and returned that evening to fully experience it for ourselves. At the Minnesota Ice Festival, you can: •Explore multiple igloos with ice games like ping pong, air hockey, and more! 🏓 •Choose from a variety of local food trucks and ice bars! 🌮 •Ice skate on their dedicated rink—skate rentals are available for $5. ⛸️ •Navigate the WORLD’S LARGEST ice maze and discover intricate ice sculptures along the way. Trust us - this is one maze you’ll want to get lost in, so have your camera ready! 🧩 •Spot tributes to all your favorite Minnesota sports teams hidden in the ice maze. 💜 •Scan the QR code at the maze entrance to play an interactive game and find all of QB’s friends inside! 🧊 •Witness an ICE FIRE CANNON. 🔥 •Warm up by one of the many fire pits, and purchase a s’mores kit for $12 (feeds 8). 🍫 •Slide down the ice slide! 🛝 •Carve your name into the ice wall! 📝 It’s clear this festival was a labor of love, with so much hard work poured into it.
