This banana bread is so moist and not too sweet. It’s the perfect banana bread recipe. INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 all purpose flour 1/2 cup quick cooking oats 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tbsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 4 medium very ripe bananas 2 large eggs 1/4 cup white granulated sugar 1/4 cup light brown sugar 1 tbsp vanilla extract 6 tbsp melted unsalted butter 80 g 1/4 cup buttermilk 1/2- 1 cup of walnuts 2 tbsp of chocolate chips/ optional I prefer adding a good milk or dark chocolate chunks to the inside of the batter. bake at 350°f for 40-50 minutes.
