Training and taking care of your health is about SO MUCH MORE than just the physical changes. Based on the type of life I like to live and the activities I enjoy, I am such a firm believer that you can get so much more out of life when you’re in good health. You are capable of so much more and therefore able to participate in so much more. In our society we get so lost in beauty standards, body trends, looking a certain way when our honest health, mobility, and longevity are timeless and will never go out of style.
