I enjoy being the person who brings a positive perspective to cardio in people's lives. Cardio is therapy. Movement is more than exercise. It canāt always be about how the body looks. We need to focus more on how the body can move. My students can move. They can move because they are all-around good movers in mobility, strength, agility, balance, speed control, brain fitness, lymphatic health, posture training, lifting light weights, kettlebell swings with a 12-pound kettlebell, foot therapy, rib cage mobility, and spine flexibility. We train for it all in the AgeDEFY workouts. This is why my students love AgeDEFY cardio. Don't ignore cardio in 2025.
